By digitally agreeing, I give permission for my Family Engagement Program registered family’s name and/or photo/video image/interview to be published in a Brochure, SNI Newsletter, SNHS website and/or any other publication used for marketing or informational purposes by the Seneca Nation Native Connections Team. I waive the right to inspect and approve versions of the image as well as right to all claims against the Seneca Nation Native Connections Team regarding the use of my name and/or photo/video image/interview.
