The first week of the challenge consists of completing at least five days’ worth of a family exercise program. You can choose from some of our group workout suggestions below, or come up with your own!

Print out the challenge tracker below and fill it out throughout the week, or fill out the online form on this page no later than January 10th.Submit the tracker along with  some photos of the fun you have with your family and either tag the Native Connections Facebook page or email them to:
